Blind Tasting: USA vs. France - July 29 (7PM) (ADV)

July at 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

With its focus on the sensory analysis and identification of the positive and negative characteristics in wine, blind tasting develops and expands your individual wine preferences. Discovering Your Palate encourages you to enjoy wine without being caught up in the expectations of a producer, price, or reputation and delve into the characteristics of the common grape varieties.

USA vs. France is the ultimate tasting that will change how you look at American and French wines. In this tasting we will pair varieties and styles of wines against each other and you will be the judge of which wine is superior. When the bottle is covered you will be amazed at how you will evaluate what's in your glass, It's our version of the Judgement of Paris, let the games begin.

Length of Time: 1.5 to 2 hours

Food Served: Light Antipasto
