Wine 101: Discovering Your Palate - July 29 (1PM) (C)

One of the most important wine classes you will ever take. This class

focuses on the appearance, aroma and palate of various wines and will

train you how to understand what's in your glass and most importantly

teach you how to describe what you like and dislike so you can develop

a better understanding of your personal taste in wine. In addition we

will discuss wine and food pairings Upon Completion of this course

you will be more comfortable ordering a bottle of wine that fits the

profile that you desire.

Class Time: 1.5 to 2 hours

Number of Wines: 1 Sparkling, 3 Whites, 3 Reds

Food Served: Light Antipasto
