Unless otherwise stated, seats are available for classes and there is no need to bring a paper confirmation. If you are purchasing tickets as a gift for another person, please note the name(s) of the attendee(s) in the order note. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Summer Whites & Roses - Jun 3 (1PM) (C)

Summer Whites: typically believed to be merely refreshing, ideal for hot weather.

Yet we believe believe a summer wine can and should be more than that. It should be just as interesting and complex as a wine served at any other time of the year.

This is also true for rose wines.

In the early days winemakers simply added a bit of red wines with the white wine to produce interesting wines which posses the heart character of the red wines and the crispness of the white wines. Of late, rose wines are usually made with red wine grapes, where the skins are removed from the juice after just a few hours or days, leaving the final product a much lighter color than red wine, and with a less intense flavor.

We will therefore be exploring the complex flavors of these summer (or maybe year round) styles.
