Join New York Vintners and explore the extensive possibilities in pairing premium sake with Asian Tapas. Taste the incredible, yet misunderstood, beverage while learning how to prepare a variety of small plates that compliment the flavors and characteristics of the sakes. We are very fortunate to welcome one of the leading sake experts in the country, who will lead the class and explain the origin and history of sake, its production techniques, and how the different styles vary from one to the other.This class gives you a keen understanding of sake production, history, and a great new idea for entertaining at home.
