Sabon

Domaine Roger Sabon is one of the oldest documented land-holders in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and the Sabon family has controlled vineyards in the zone since 1540. With various parcels on either side of the Rhône, Sabon's vines are mostly very old, and the property is extremely reluctant to replant given the incredible quality of the current parcels.
