With 6.5 hectares based in Chorey-les-Beaune and now in his mid sixties, Francois has been succeeded by his son Pascal who made his first vintage in 2002. Around 30 percent new wood is used to create, "lovely clear cut wines-very clean and harmonious." Clive Coates
