Henri Bonneau is one of Chateauneuf-du-Pape's greatest winemakers and an ultimate traditionalist. His wines, made from 80-90% Grenache, are produced in limited quantities from his 6 hectares of vineyards. The grapes are picked late and fermented tradtionally.
