Jo Pithon's Domaine is certified biodynamic, and his vineyard treatments include only those permitted under such conditions. Pithon has 10 hectares planted to Chenin Blanc spread over Savennieres, Anjou, and C“teaux du Layon. The wines are fermented using natural yeasts and see minimal intervention in the cellar. Capitalization is never employed.
