Martinetti
Franco Martinetti has since the 1970's been one of the leaders in quality Piemontese wines and gourmet foods. With three separate estates in Piedmont, Rovereto di Gavi for Cortese and Timorasso grapes, one in Vinchio for Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon and one in La Morra for Nebbiolo for the Barolo, Franco Martinetti produces a wide range of highly acclaimed wines from traditional grapes. Franco's son Guido oversees winemaking responsibilities. Martinetti's most notable wines are his Barolo Marasco, Barbera d'Asti Montruc, and Monferrrato Rosso Sul Bric.
