Based in Monforte d'Alba, Elio Grasso remains a family oriented winery vinifying and bottling only estate-grown grapes from its 14 hectares of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera and Chardonnay vines. The small cellar is equipped with all the modern winemaking equipment necessary to produce world-class wines. Every Elio Grasso wine is given time to mature so it achieves just the right balance before going into bottle. All Elio Grasso wines are made in a unique, nervy style meant to highlight balance over power.
