Roger Neveu, who works with his sons Eric and Philippe, has 45 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir vines for both Sancerre blanc and rouge. This estate dates from the 12th century. Neveu absolutely disdains the use of wood treatment in his wines. The resulting wines are some of the purest in Sancerre.
