Founded in 1923, Cooperative La Chablisienne is responible for one third of the entire appellation. Herve Tucki is the head winemaker for the cooperative. With nearly 1200 hectares under vine, La Chablisienne holds some of the most sought after vineyards plots in Chablis.

Chardonnay: BH 93 pts "There is a bit more wood present than with the Fief yet less than I have seen with this wine in prior vintages to complement the ripe orchard and slightly exotic fruit aromas. The rich and full flavors are blessed with abundant dry extract that really coats and stains the palate plus there is almost an exuberant Chablis character here on the citrus infused finish."
