Joseph Hofstaffer first founded the winery over 100 years ago in the south Tyrol. Today the winery is run by his grand nephew Martin Foradori-Hofstatter who passionately maintains the quality and tradition in the cellar set forth by great Uncle and father Paolo. Hofstatter is one of the region’s leaders in the production of Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Nero and Lagrein.
