Mas Doix

The Doix family has been in the winemaking business in the region for the last 5 generations. It wasn’t until 1998 when Ramon Llagostera took the reigns of the property that the wines began to experience worldwide fame. The vineyards of Mas Doix lie at between 350 and 400 meters above sea level and vary in age between 70 and 100 years old. The goal of the property is to extract as much of the individual character of each parcel through the use of various fermentation and elevage techniques, all while manipulating the raw material as little as possible.
