Domaine Huet's vineyard has been farmed biodymanically by the son-in-law of Gaston Huet, Noel Pinguet, for over a decade. The vineyard's three sites--Clos de Bourg, Haut Lieu, and Le Mont, which includes Sec, Demi-sec, and Moelleux verisons--are planted entirely with Chenin Blanc. The nine hectare Le Haut Lieu was the original vineyard and produces a rounder, more approachable Chenin Blanc.

Chenin Blanc: Only produced and bottled in exceptional vintages, Huet's Moëlleux Cuvee Constance typically offers notes of peaches, citrus fruits, honey, while keeping a strong minerality. Cuvee Constance is capable of evolving for 50 years or more.
