Gaunoux, J.M.
Jean-Michel Gaunoux previously worked with his father François before setting out on his own in 1990. His cellars are located in Meursault, and he now has six hectares of vines in Meursault, Pommard, and Volnay. Jean-Michel insists on low yields in the vineyards and adopts a hands-off approach to winemaking, with little racking and an extremely judicious use of new oak.
