Gilles Collet represents the third generation of Collet family to run this superb Chablis domaine. The vineyards of Domaine Collet are located on the best hills on both the right and left banks of the Serein River, and they produce a generous wine full of charm. The philosophy has always been to work the vines within the balanced framework of respecting the soil and controlling yields.
