Regional Italian Cuisine & Wine 

Italy's many regions, from Tuscany to Sicily, are famous not only for their amazingly diverse selection of wines, but also for their equally diverse styles of cuisine. Regional Italian Cuisine and Wine introduces you to three traditional dishes from Northern, Middle, and Southern Italy, cooked fresh in our in-house kitchen, and paired with a tasting of six regional Italian wines.
 
Class Time: 1.5 to 2 hours 
Number of Wines: 1 Sparkling, 2 Whites, 2 Reds
Food Served: 3 Courses 
Dietary Restrictions & Food Allergies: Chef may substitute light antipasto upon request

The Great Wine Regions of Italy

Italy is home to some of the oldest wine producing regions in the world. Join us as we taste through the areas of Piedmont, Tuscany, Tre-Venezie, Sardinia and others. After this class you will understand why Italy has is referred to as the Land of the Vine.

Hands On:  Fresh Italian Pasta & Wine

Join Executive Chef Ryan Smith in the ultimate cooking experience where you learn first hand how to prepare fresh Italian style pasta with homemade sauce and ragu while you enjoy regional wines selected by Sommelier Dylan York. Classes are conducted in our Sub-Zero Wolf Kitchen and reserved for smaller groups of 8 guest.
